Returns/Exchanges

 

We thank you for shopping with our company, Sassae Hair Extensions. All hair extension products once purchased are FINAL SALE products. You may exchange unopened/unused hair extensions for store credit

ONLY valid within 30 days of receiving the product(s).  All Sassae Hair Extensions products come sealed with a security label. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.  Do not remove the product tag/tie/label until you are sure you and/or your client are satisfied with the product.

 

Absolutely no exchanges of opened hair packages will be possible. Our company offers our customers two options of purchasing our Sassae brand of wig units. Our wig units come pre-made and custom/tailored constructed. One product is constructed using the machine sewn method by an estimated general size of a typical head circumference and the other is also machine sewn as per the customers request. Custom wigs are constructed and tailored using the clients exact head measurements. We ask all buyers to read our product descriptions carefully before adding any items to your cart for checkout. Once wig units are purchased, there will be no exchange and no returns. All wig units will be FINAL SALE. All other products must be returned in its original condition including any tags, ties, or labels.  If product(s) has been altered in any way you’re your exchange request will be denied.  Product must remain uncut, unwashed, unbrushed, uncombed, uncolored or stretched.

You will be notified if there is a cost difference and will be responsible for new shipping costs.

After exchange request is confirmed, you will send exchange items to the listed address above. Once exchanged items are received and examined, our company will email you to let you know your status. Billing information must me the same on the exchange request as the original order.  Absolutely no exchanges are possible after 60 days of purchase.
